Behind every great team is someone making sure the pieces fit together—and that’s the role I love playing at Maher Insurance Group. I’m Brad Hind, Chief Operations Manager, and I grew up in San Jose, California, in the heart of Silicon Valley. I studied business in college, but I quickly realized my true passion isn’t just about profits—it’s about helping people. Joining the insurance industry gave me the opportunity to work with a team that genuinely cares about guiding clients to the health coverage that best fits their needs.

In my role, I work behind the scenes to keep everything running smoothly. I make sure all departments collaborate efficiently, that our systems and processes are optimized, and that our team has the support they need to serve clients effectively. What excites me most is knowing that the work we do allows people to access the resources they need for their health and peace of mind.

Outside of work, family is my top priority. I love spending weekends at the park, the beach, or the movies with my kids. Having faced my own health challenges—from being born with bone marrow cancer to having a hip replacement at 35—I have a deep appreciation for the importance of accessible care. I also volunteer at my child’s high school, supporting programs for children with special needs.

Every day, I’m grateful to be part of a team where I can combine my passion for helping people with my skills in operations, ensuring Maher Insurance continues to provide the guidance and support our clients deserve.
